Orders will be processed within 3 working days of the funds being cleared in our Bank Account.

Shipping

House of Holst offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders are sent Express Post with Tracking. House of Holst takes utmost care when packing parcels and cannot accept responsibilty for any items damaged or lost by Australia Post once in transit.

Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for all import taxes or duties that may apply in their country. House of Holst cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties added, and cannot be held accountable for delays due to customs.

Payment Options

Payment can only be made via direct deposit into our bank account. Upon purchasing an item you will receive a receipt with amount payable and our bank details will be provided. Once payment has been made your order will be processed within 3 working days.

Returns
