A black rhodium plated 18ct gold lady's ruby and diamond set dress ring, bezel set with a cushion shaped bright pinkish red natural untreated Burmese ruby (as per Gubelin Gem Lab Report 9909505) in a mile grained bezel with 24 small round brilliant cut diamonds thread set around it in an oval boarder with another 100 small round brilliant cut set in the cup gallery which has a pierced criss-cross design over a flat parallel shank with leaf engraving and mille grained edges with5 diamonds bezel set in each shoulder.
